The heads of all the NCTE Recognized D.El.Ed. Institutions (DIETs, Government, Govt. Aided, Govt. Sponsored and Self-financed Non-Govt.) are hereby informed that the Application Form for admission to Two Year D. El. Ed. Course (regular face to face mode) will be available from the office of the W.B. Board of Primary Education at APC Bhavan, DK-7/1, Sector-II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700 091 on and from 08.06.2015 (Wednesday) for distribution to the applicants.
Each form will have to be sold @ ₹ 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only to eligible candidates, willing to apply. However, the same will be issued to SC, ST and PH Candidates @ ₹ 150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only.
The heads of the Self-Financed Non-Government Institutes will have to deposit the prescribed cost of the forms in advance through a Demand Draft, payable to the “West Bengal Board of Primary Education” according to the total intake capacity of their Institutions.
The forms will be available to the applicants from the respective Institutions w.e.f 10.06.2016 (Friday)). A list of such Institutions will be published in the newspapers with the notification.
The process of admission will follow the schedule as under:
Issuance of Application Form to the Institution from WBBPE 08.06.2016
Issuance of Application Form from the Institution to the applicants On and from 10.06.2016
Last date of issuance and submission of Application Forms 20.06.2016 till 4-00 p.m.
Submission of Merit List(s) to WBBPE 24.06.2016
Delivery of approved merit list(s) 25.06.2016 to 30.06.2016
Last Date of Admission in all Institution 15.07.2016
The Heads of all the DIETs/Govt./Govt. Spon./Govt. Aided institutions are requested to come personally or send their authorized representatives to receive the said forms from the office of the undersigned on and from 07.06.2016. In case of Self-financed Non-Government Institutions only the approved Head of the Institution will personally receive for distribution of Forms to the applicants and will submit the Merit List under their seal & signature. The approved list of faculty shall be submitted at the time of receiving Application Form and the Merit List shall be signed by the Head of the Institution and one of the teachers in the approved Faculty List. The Heads of the Institutions must carry their Photo ID Card issued by the competent Government authority in all the above mentioned process to avoid impersonation.
